Rachelle Gooding
Rachelle is a provisional psychologist who brings a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, and predominantly draws from CBT and ACT therapies with her clients.
Rachelle has experience working with a multitude of client ages and backgrounds including carers (child carers as well), older people and people with a disability. Rachelle has worked with clients living with a range of psychological difficulties including; anxiety, depression, adjustment, PTSD, BPD, bipolar, addiction, and chronic pain. She is also able to administer the WAIS psychometric assessment (IQ test) with clients. Rachelle has a particular interest in anxiety, depression and chronic pain/fatigue client presentations.
Rachelle is also available for face to face sessions in our Aspley office and for referrals for clients in aged care facilities. Rachelle can also provide sessions via telehealth.
