Frankie has experience providing therapy to adults and young people with a diverse range of situations and mental health concerns. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach which is trauma-informed, compassion-focussed, and tailored to individual needs and goals using evidence-based practice. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, yoga nidra, and other yogic techniques supported by psychological research. She has special interests in neurodiversity including ADHD and ASD, sleep disorders, and issues faced by LGBTQI+ people.
